Our Story

Here at Royale, we’ve always been inspired by the iconic and the unexpected. Our most popular burger, the Royale with Cheese pays direct homage to the cult classic film Pulp Fiction. So our roots are grounded in the rich, rustic traditions of American diners and Aussie truck stops. 

However, we don’t like to stand still. We’ve recently evolved the Royale Brothers, transforming our quintessential burger joint into our take on a modern diner that not only serves the best burgers … but also brings a slice of cool to our ‘hood. When you walk in, you’ll meet an eclectic ode to the things we love. Random, maybe. Quirky, for sure. The upshot is you can now, as we like to say, ‘take-in’ and eat in our diner. In a space where everyone can feel welcome.

Above all though, Royale remains all about the food. Every dish we serve has familiar, comforting and delicious flavours. When you dine, either at home or with us, our food should bring a smile, and even a quiet, ‘darn that was good’ murmur as you finish your last mouthful.
