The Pantry Masterclass and Shows are a unique experience that cannot be missed. They include cooking demonstrations from some of Australia’s best chefs, great dining experiences and entertainment – culminating into one fantastic night.
Doors swing open at 6:45pm and guests are ushered to their seats through the Pantry kitchen to get in the mood. Drinks are served, then it’s on with the three hour show packed with music, cooking and comedic performances! It’s an experience like no other – a unique food cabaret! Each dish is demonstrated on stage by the featured chef. As each course is completed our kitchen serve up the exact same dish to you.
Our november pantry master class and show brings charlie carrington from atlas to our stage.
Charlie carrington is an earnest young chef with a fascination for food from all over the planet. After gaining experience in kitchens around the world including michelin starred restaurant gordon ramsay, charlie returned to australia and worked at vue de monde in melbourne and marque in sydney.
After embarking on an eight-month research trip spanning 15 countries across south america, north america, europe and asia in september 2016 he returned to melbourne to open atlas dining which showcases charlie’s passion for cooking food he discovered around the globe.
Atlas dining has now completed 6 full rotations; including vietnam, israel, korean, mexican, peruvian and french. They received one hat in their first year, won best new restaurant from timeout, and charlie was nominated as best new talent by gourmet traveler.
