How Glued Works

The concept of the Glued Machine is very similar to an ATM except that we supply DVDs, Blu-rays and games!

The first thing you need to do is become a Glued member.  This is FREE however you will need to put some credit on your card to activate it.  You can join in the Pantry Delicatessen or online -  simply go to the Glued - Join Now page for more details.

Once you are an active Glued member, visit your local Glued machine and insert your membership card, browse through the entire range of DVDs and games available in your machine and decide what takes your fancy. Once you have finished browsing and would like to collect your selection, follow the prompts on screen, press the END button and the machine will give you your disc(s).

To return, insert your membership card and the slot will open, insert your disc(s) facing up one at a time and the machine will accept them, calculate the number of hours you have had them and debit your membership card accordingly. You must have credit on your membership card to hire and return all items.

You can also reserve your movies online by connecting to the Pantry machine via the Member Log In section of the Glued Website. This service is available to members only and all you need to do is click on the Member Log In button, select your Glued machine and enter your membership and pin numbers.  Once logged in you have access to the entire range held in your Glued machine to browse through and reserve the DVD/game of your choice. Your Glued machine will hold your reservation for you for 3 hours. All you need to do is stop by your machine, insert your card and the machine will automatically dispense your reserved item(s).

Our technology is so advanced that is doesn’t stop there. If you keep a note of the 3 digit code for the DVD you are interested in, you can text your Glued machine on 0400 161 888 to reserve by SMS and it will hold it for you for 3 hours. You can then collect your DVD in the same way as if you have reserved it online. The SMS code for each movie/game is listed in the description section of each item on our system.

All you need to do regardless of whether you are reserving online or at a Glued machine is make sure that you have credit on your membership card. You can put credit on your membership card either at the machine or in store using cash.
