The Pantry is proud to announce Geoff Lindsay will appear at the next Pantry Master Class on 6th March.

After selling out of renowned Richmond restaurant Pearl, chef Geoff Lindsay took some time out to refocus and after six months of hard work and planning has made an inspired return with the much-anticipated opening of Dandelion in Ormond Road Elwood. It is a homage to the wonders of Vietnamese cuisine. He quickly went on to become Winner of “Dish of The Year” in The 2012 Age Good Food Guide.

Guests arrive at 6.30pm to enjoy drinks purchased from the bar. Then it is on to an in depth cooking Master Class that will cater for the novice right through to expert. Dinner is served in small course throughout the evening.
