Tobie Puttock, Fifteen Restaurant’s executive head chef, headlines our April Pantry Cooking Show. Originally from Melbourne Tobie travelled to London and worked at the River Café, regarded as the city's best Italian restaurant, alongside Jamie Oliver. Tobie opened Termini in Melbourne before spending two and a half years working back with Jamie at Fifteen London. He’s now brought his experience and expertise back home and leads the Fifteen Kitchen Melbourne with his team of world class professional chefs. Producing dishes of the highest quality, they inspire and guide 20 young apprentices each year. Tobie will share his experiences with the world’s most famous chef and teach you a thing or two about fantastic Italian food.

ABOUT OUR COOKING SHOWS
Pantry founder Daniel Vaughan takes you on a five course culinary
journey with Australia’s finest chefs! We set our restaurant theatre
style with set, stage, sound and lights. Doors swing at 7.30pm, guests
ushered to their seats, drinks served, on with the three hour show!
Each of the five dishes are prepared on stage, as each course is
completed on stage our kitchen serve the same dish to you.
