When co-founder Dave Evans moved to Sydney in 1996, Hugos in Bondi was born. Dave Corsi then joined the team, and the ‘Hugos Group’ was formed. Hugos Group consists of Hugos Manly, Hugos Bar Pizza and Hugos Lounge.

Hugos Lounge

Hugos Bar Pizza

Situated proudly on the ground floor of the same complex as Hugos Lounge in Kings Cross, Hugos Bar Pizza provides elegant dining in a relaxed, casual setting. From sunken lounges to an open fireplace, to a gorgeous alfresco terrace for year-round dining, Hugos has all the seasons covered. The menu is home-style Italian and again has been a heavily awarded venue winning “Best Pizza in the World” at the New York Pizza Challenge and “Best Pizza Restaurant in Australia” on multiple occasions. Hugos Bar Pizza is open Tuesday to Saturday 5.00pm till late and Sundays 3.00pm till late.
