Ian Curley Cooks Fish

The Pantry is proud to announce IAN CURLEY from the European is coming to the Pantry for a Miele Masterclass and Show on the 27th of February 2013 to cook his favourite fish dishes.

Guests arrive at 6.45pm to enjoy drinks purchased from the bar. Then it is on to an in depth cooking Masterclass that will cater for the novice right through to expert. Dinner is served in small course throughout the evening.

Masterclass and Show

Executive Chef of The European Group venues. British born, he is the quintessential classical chef. Maintaining a traditional approach to cooking,  'Keep it honest and flavoursome – it's as simple as that.' When Ian talks about food you can't help but want to listen, to smell, to taste, to enjoy.

In this Masterclass and Show Ian will be demonstrating some of his favourite dishes which showcase fish.
